The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Shin-Ōkubo station. The kitchen is cramped, making meal prep challenging.

The bathroom layout could use rethinking!!! A sink situated above the toilet isn't practical!!! A bright exit sign and too many extra lights can disturb sleep!!! No flyscreen on the window feels a bit unsafe!!!

I came expecting luxury, but found the bathroom design unacceptable. A sink above the toilet? Who thought that was a good idea? Oh, and the constantly glowing exit sign? Absolutely adorable, if I liked insomnia. I almost gave a good review, but after no complimentary upgrade or gesture, that sailed right out the window. What a pity!

Utilize the well-equipped kitchen area for light meals to save on dining costs, as it provides essential appliances like a microwave and kettle.

Family accommodation perfect for exploring

The apartment was new, clean and just a few minutes walk from the train station, we loved that we had a washing machine and that drying fan was something I've never seen before , very excellent. The minimalist styling kept it fresh and stylish, and the owners were so accommodating, even watched our luggage for us while we waited for our flight.

Rates were a bit high , but reasonable for what you get.
